Quarterly Reporting Form – This form will help you keep track of all students in your location who complete CD courses. At the end of each quarter, you will need to send the completed form to CARE Academy so that we can prepare course certificates for students in your location.

Posters, Wallpaper & Templates

CARE Academy has created posters, desktop wallpaper and templates to help you promote learning in your location. These posters will help your staff learn about CARE Academy resources in four critical areas:
