Decision to discontinue Title II CARE’s
programs in different countries prompted the
need for these Country Offices to manage significant
organizational transitions in order to align
themselves with those changing realities. This
is just one example of how, nowadays, organizational
change and transition is an inevitable part
of our world. It would be hard to find someone
who has worked at CARE or any other organization
over the past 10 years who has not been personally
or closely affected by an organizational transition
such as expansion, downsizing, realignment of
the business, or merger, etc.
In support of CO’s affected by these Title
II changes, Michael Rewald as the Vice-President
of International Operations assembled and retained
an ADP team that supported CO’s most affected
by this change. The ADP team provided hands-on
consulting support to the CO’s as they planned
for short and longer term transitions. As a
result of this work, a series of documents were
produced and we thought you could benefit from
