What is a Community of Practice?
  • Central: High level of commitment. People who are more involved and make the key questions, challenges, tasks, and propose knowledge projects. In general the leaders or managers of the CoP.
  • Active: Regular participants of the community. They assume some of the task, but never with the same intensity as the core group (15-20%).
  • Peripheral: Majority of the group. They participate in a non regular basis. They participate less but they are gaining a lot just in hearing and interacting with the group.
