Process Analysis Methodology
Conducting a process analysis exercise in your organization would typically include completing a series of the following seven steps.
The degree to which an organization completes each step will depend on factors such as time, resources, and staff expertise. The exercise might take place over some months and it is often helpful to engage a consultant to help facilitate initial steps.
