Managers are very important in helping CARE meet our compliance goals. In this one hour forum, we will look at the skills of the manager in three dimensions - Business, Technical, and People Management - and discuss how knowledge in these three areas will help you recognize when compliance concerns may arise, understand CARE's policies or donor rules and regulations, and know how to work with your team to achieve compliance. In addition to this valuable discussion, you will be provided with useful resources to support the critical role you play in helping CARE reach its compliance goals.
Increasing Potential: The Manager as a Coach
In this session we will define your role as a coach and show you how to increase the potential in your employees. You will learn how and when to coach and the benefits that come from effective coaching - for you and for your employees. The interactive presentation will allow you to see how much you've learned and provide you an opportunity to clarify any points. After this session, you will have a wealth of practical tips to help you be a better coach.

Creating the Development Plan
