- Attend basic orientation on what you need to know to get your job done
- Meet with your team to review the annual operating plan
- Introduce yourself to the office manager

- Meet with your financial representative
- Attend orientation about the organization
- Review Performance management process
- Review talent management process

- Meet for necessary performance review meetings
- Complete all CARE Academy Required courses
- Meet with your manager to review your first 90 day
